Unavailable windows for the calendar bound to a booking code

Unauthenticated, code-gated read of a calendar's unavailable windows.

GET /public/booking/unavailable-windows/ ports public_api.queries.Query.unavailable_windows_with_code to REST. The calendar comes from the resolved token (token.calendar, falling back to token.event.calendar); no calendar id is accepted from the client.
