Unauthenticated, code-gated read of a calendar's available times.

GET /public/booking/available-times/ ports public_api.queries.Query.available_times_with_code to REST. The calendar comes from the resolved token (token.calendar, falling back to token.event.calendar); no calendar id is accepted from the client.
