Change outreach approach and regenerate templates

Change the sequence's primary strategy (ask for intro / direct naming a mutual / pure cold) and regenerate its email templates for that order. New leads start on it and leads waiting on a draft move onto it; pending drafts are dropped and rewritten. Approved and sent emails are untouched.
