Fetch a vaccine treatment

Fetches a vaccine treatment by its ID.

A vaccine treatment represents a vaccination that was administered during a clinic patient visit and billed on an invoice. Each treatment is linked to a vaccine service, a medical record, and may be associated with a standard care reminder.

The rabies tag recorded on this vaccine treatment, if any. Typically only populated for RABIES-kind vaccines where a tag was entered.
