Fetch an assessment

Fetches an assessment by its ID.

An assessment is a veterinarian's clinical evaluation or diagnosis recorded during a clinic patient visit. Each assessment is linked to a clinic patient and optionally to a specific medical record.

The kind of assessment (Assessment or Differential).

The ID of the medical record this assessment belongs to.
