List all patient care plans
Returns a list of all patient care plan enrollments across the organization. The patient care plans are sorted by creation date, with the most recent appearing first.
A patient care plan represents a specific patient's enrollment in a care plan template. It tracks the enrollment status, billing details, start and end dates, and renewal configuration. A single patient can be enrolled in one core plan and multiple add-on plans simultaneously.

Query parameters
When provided, filters to objects with these IDs.
A cursor used for pagination. Fetches the page of results ending immediately before the object with the given ID. Cannot be used at the same time as starting_after.
A cursor used for pagination. Fetches the page of results starting immediately after the given ID. Cannot be used at the same time as ending_before.
The maximum number of items to return per page.
When provided, filters to patient care plans for the clinic with this ID

When provided, filters to patient care plans by billing type. True returns plans billed monthly, False returns plans billed upfront.
