Update Agent Primitive

Edits a manual agent. Owners change only when owner_ids or owner_id is sent, so an edit of other fields leaves them as they are. owner_ids replaces the full owner set, primary first. owner_id sent alone (legacy): a user id becomes the primary owner, replacing the previous primary and keeping the other owners; null or an empty string removes only the primary owner, and the next owner becomes primary (or none is left); any other text replaces all owners with that one free-text owner. Sent with owner_ids, owner_id must be a user id; it becomes the primary owner and is moved to the front. An agent can have at most 50 owners. Requires role: Admin
