Twilio Dispatch Dial Result

<Dial action> callback: fires when the bridged dial to the TARGET ends, carrying DialCallStatus/DialCallSid/DialCallDuration — the authoritative dispatch outcome (the parent call's status callback only tracks the operator leg). The returned TwiML ends the call.
