A US phone number in any common format. Stored as E.164 (+18015550142); anything that is not a full 10-digit NANP number is refused with a 422.

labelstring nullable

Who this is, for the list. Optional; not used in any message.

site_contact_idstring uuid nullable

Provenance only: the site contact this number was picked from. It must belong to the SAME site. The number is COPIED, so a later contact edit never changes who is trusted, and being a contact grants nothing by itself.
