Mark every queued alarm at a site as being worked (soft claim) - RETIRED by default

RETIRED (claim-lock step 3a, SITE_CLAIM_ENABLED off, the default): for every client, including an old tab, this takes, renews and clears NOTHING and answers claims with the live claims at the site as they are (read-only); claims already held drain by their 120 s TTL, an actively reviewed alarm renews through POST /events/{id}/claim/renew, and ingest no longer inherits a claim. With SITE_CLAIM_ENABLED=true it behaves as follows. Called when an operator opens a site's story, and as a heartbeat while they review it. Every queued alarm at the site that nobody holds takes the caller's claim in one statement, unless another operator already holds a live claim at the site (one holder per site); the caller's own claims are renewed. Claims another operator holds are never stolen and are returned as theirs. Same two-minute TTL, triage rule and owner exemption as POST /events/{id}/claim. Requires review_label_alarms and tenant scope (out of scope is 403, unknown is 404).

Response

Successful Response

claimsobject required

Live claim per event id for every queued alarm at the site after this call: the caller's new claims plus any another operator already held (those are not taken over). Empty for owners and monitoring managers, who never take claims, and for customer-side callers. While the site claim is retired (SITE_CLAIM_ENABLED off, the default) nothing is taken or renewed and this is just the live claims at the site as they are.
