Get Stale Alarm Alert

The stale-queue Slack alert threshold (Admin -> Alerts). Ops-lead only, like the write: it reports whether a Slack webhook is configured, which is not every operator's business.

Threshold set in Admin -> Alerts; null when not set there.

default_minutesinteger required

What applies when stale_alarm_alert_minutes is null (SLACK_STALE_ALARM_MINUTES, else 5).

effective_minutesinteger required

The threshold the sweep uses right now. 0 = alert off.

slack_configuredboolean required

Whether SLACK_STALE_ALARM_WEBHOOK_URL (#monitoring-alerts) is set. False = nothing posts whatever the threshold.
