Start the AI voice announcement on this event's camera, now.

The review panel's voice modes are this and Live Talk (owner decision 2026-10-03). Same permission and tenant scoping as the hang-up below and the manual Talk Down. Runs the agent's own call machinery under an operator-authored reservation that never auto-dismisses the event - see VoiceAgentService.start_for_operator.

The speaker the AI is dialling through.

speaker_labelstring nullable

That speaker's label.

agent_action_idstring uuid nullable

The operator-authored voice_down reservation (actor=operator) the call belongs to.

voice_agent_callobject nullable

The placed call's current public status, including its local id and created_at. Lets the console show status and Hang up without another successful request; contains no provider identifiers or transcript.
