Set Guest Contact

Set the guest's contact info (email and/or phone) at checkout.

Updates the guest's user row and Stripe customer so that Stripe-generated receipts reach the right address. Returns 409 if the email/phone already belongs to a registered account — the client should redirect to login.

Also saves the promotional email opt-in preference.
