List Veilus browser profiles, with their running state; a running profile carries `cdpUrl`, and `headless: true` when it runs without a window.

Lists every browser profile on this machine with its live running state, proxy host and port, tags and variable names. Variable values and proxy passwords are never returned. A running profile also carries cdpUrl, the DevTools endpoint any CDP client can drive it through.
