Wait until a CSS selector matches and return the element's node id.

Waits until the CSS selector matches an element on the running profile's page, up to timeout_ms (default 5 s, at most 30 s), and returns its node id for click, type or set-file to act on. Nothing on the page is changed; if the selector never matches, the call fails with 409 after the timeout.
