Build the summary index for a vectorstore. Generates hiearchicall Summaries based on the folder structure of the documents in the vectorstore. Allows for specialized retrieval, inclusion of higer level context at query time etc

Args: vectorstore_id (str, optional): description. Defaults to Form(...). api_key (str, optional): description. Defaults to Depends(validate_api_key).
