Confirm email (deprecated — POST /v1/auth/verify)

Mark the account email-verified and return the first API key.

Kept for links and clients that predate the POST form; the web page no longer calls it.

The token is single-use: on success we set used_at and invalidate any other outstanding tokens for the same user. Already-verified users get a 200 with verification_required=false (idempotent) so the web page doesn't error when someone double-clicks the link.
