Stream job status updates via Server-Sent Events.

NOTE: This endpoint uses Authorization header auth and is intended for server-to-server or native-app clients only. Browser-native EventSource cannot set custom headers, so this endpoint cannot be consumed directly from a browser via the EventSource API.
