Get Overview Intraday Overlay

The Effort band's intraday "since 12am" overlay — today's cumulative messages-sent and contacts-reached curves over the prior window_days days (default 7, driven by the page lookback), keyed to the viewer's org-local midnight. Fetched lazily when a delivery card is expanded. Rate-limited per (org, user).
