Get Integration Schema Cache

Read-only fetch of one integration_schemas snapshot.

Surface for the AttributeMapping drawer's pre-table-pick suggestion chips (PR 2). 404s when the cache row is missing — drawer falls back to the live sample_supabase_integration_table flow once a table is chosen.
