List Oauth Connections

The caller's live OAuth connections in their current org.

One item per rotation chain (lineage_id) that still has a link that is neither revoked nor expired — i.e. a chain its client can still refresh. A revoked or lapsed chain is gone from this list; its client's last access token dies on its own within the hour.
