Process Dream Goal
Process the user's dream goal and find relevant resources.
This endpoint:
- Queues the dream goal processing as a background task
- Uses Gemini with Google Search to find and save relevant resources
- Returns immediately without waiting for completion
Returns: Dictionary with success status indicating processing has been started
