Mark Resource As Read
Mark a dream goal resource as read.
This endpoint allows users to mark specific resources as read, which:
- Updates the resource status in the database
- Provides clear feedback on the operation result
Args: resource_id: Unique identifier of the resource to mark as read
Returns: Dictionary with success status and descriptive message
