List message templates
List the approved WhatsApp templates a SEND_MESSAGE node can use from a given channel. A template belongs to one channel account, so pass the same channelId you pin on the node.

A WHATSAPP channel id from journeys_message_channels. Templates are a WhatsApp-only concept, so an SMS or Instagram id from that list has none.
