List message channels

List the channels a journey send node can send from, across every channel that has one: WhatsApp (SEND_MESSAGE), SMS (SEND_SMS), Instagram (SEND_INSTAGRAM) and Messenger (SEND_MESSENGER). Use a row's id as the node's channelId — sendNodeKind says which node kind takes it. Approved templates are a WhatsApp-only concept; look those up with journeys_message_templates. Email has no channel — a SEND_EMAIL node takes its template and sender from journeys_email_templates. A WhatsApp row with callingEnabled: true can also be the channelId of REQUEST_CALL_PERMISSION / PLACE_CALL.
