Poll a returned slug every 10 seconds with a finite timeout. running/refreshing continue; moved supplies publishedSlug to follow; ready/failed/refresh-failed are terminal. A failed refresh preserves the previous memo. Stop on unknown. Do not trigger another screening while waiting.
