Request a new asynchronous startup research memo

Consumes the eligible caller free screening allowance. Requires user authorization and a permitted valid non-disposable email. Persist the same fingerprint for the caller and preserve existing visitor cookies. Never rotate identities or IPs to bypass limits. newsletter must be false without explicit opt-in. A web memo is the deliverable, with an email link when ready. Acceptance does not mean completion. Paid options are available on the website; this endpoint does not accept payment tokens. Avoid blind retries and never repeat POST while polling.
