13F holdings

CIK of the institutional manager that filed the 13F; do not pass the CIK of an issuer held in the portfolio.

Optional disclosed quarter-end report date in YYYY-MM-DD form. Use a date returned by the manager's 13F filing list when selecting a historical report.

Optional SEC filing date in YYYY-MM-DD form. This is the filing date, not the portfolio reporting-period end.

Maximum disclosed holding rows to return from the selected report (1-1000). Defaults to 50, which truncates most managers: compare the returned row count against holdingCount to detect truncation, and raise limit to retrieve the full report. A smaller result does not establish that the manager held no additional positions. Note that view=agent caps holdings at 50 regardless of limit, to keep the agent payload context-sized; use the default view to retrieve more.

Non-negative offset into the selected report's full disclosed holdings array, for paging past a single limit-sized page (some managers disclose more than 1000 positions — e.g. large index managers). Advance by accumulating rows returned so far (offset += holdings.length) and stop once you have holdingCount rows or a page returns empty.

Response shape. Use agent for the compact, citation-preserving payload; omit it or use default for the fuller response. agent returns at most 50 holdings regardless of limit and reports holdingCount, holdingsReturned, and holdingsTruncated so truncation is always detectable — request the default view when you need the complete holdings list.
