Company facts
Filter by concept, form, taxonomy, or unit. Requests default to the us-gaap taxonomy for 10-K and 10-Q filings. When neither taxonomy nor form is supplied and the us-gaap lookup is empty, the route automatically falls back to ifrs-full on 20-F and 6-K filings for foreign private issuers such as SAP, TM, SONY, and RIO.

Query parameters
Issuer ticker, for example AAPL. Either ticker, symbol, or cik is required.
Alias for ticker, for customers coming from market-data APIs.
Issuer CIK. Either ticker, symbol, or cik is required.
XBRL concept tag for concept-specific lookups, such as Revenues, Revenue, NetIncomeLoss, or PropertyPlantAndEquipmentNet. When omitted, the API returns common financial metrics.
Optional taxonomy pin, such as us-gaap or ifrs-full.
Optional unit filter.
Optional SEC form filter, such as 10-K or 10-Q.
Alias for form.
Reporting cadence to select: annual or quarterly. quarter and q are aliases for quarterly; compare values only within like-for-like periods.
Fiscal year filter.
Alias for fy.
Inclusive fiscal-year lower bound.
Alias for fy_from.
Inclusive fiscal-year upper bound.
Alias for fy_to.
Maximum fact points to return.
Optional comma-separated enrichments. Use geographic_segments for revenue geography when available.
