Crea un Payment Method a partir de los datos de una cuenta bancaria.

La Account, el Customer y la Subscription deben pertenecer todos a la misma Organization, y la Subscription debe corresponder al Customer.

Hoy sólo acepta el producto de cargo recurrente a cuenta bancaria por lote en México; con cualquier otro producto responde 400.
