Inscribir cuentas CLABE por lote

Inscribe por lote cuentas CLABE como medios de pago.

Con is_async en false la respuesta llega con 200 una vez inscritas las cuentas, e incluye un resultado por cada inscripción que quedó hecha: las cuentas rechazadas no aparecen en data. Con is_async en true la respuesta llega de inmediato con 201 y el identificador del lote, y las inscripciones se resuelven después.

Cada envío tiene un máximo de cuentas: si se supera, el lote se rechaza completo y la respuesta indica el límite y la cantidad enviada.

Las inscripciones que no se pueden procesar, hoy las que vienen sin número de cuenta, se dejan fuera y el resto del lote sigue su curso: cada una llega en rejected con su posición en enrollments y el motivo. Si no queda ninguna por procesar, la respuesta llega con 200, data vacío y todas en rejected, también con is_async en true.
