Create Pinterest board

Creates a board on a Pinterest account. The name is trimmed. When Pinterest refuses (expired connection, permission, limit or any other error), the request returns 422 with the reason on name. This endpoint also counts against a limit of 60 requests per minute per user, shared with the other Pinterest, Discord and TikTok lookup endpoints and with the same user's channel lookups in the TryPost app.
