Replace file bytes (keep id, comments, share links)

Changed on

Same file id, same comments + share tokens + deep-link URL; new blobKey + new sha256 under the hood. The new bytes must be in the same MIME category as the previous version (image → image, video → video, etc.); cross-category swaps reject 400.
