Find the stakeholders at up to 50 companies in one call

Required permissions: research:trigger.

The same search as POST /v1/stakeholders/search, for every company in companies (1 to 50), under one definition, personas and limit. The companies are searched up to ten at a time (fewer with more than five personas): 20 companies with five personas take about 45 seconds, and 50 can take close to two minutes, against 8–14 seconds each one after another. The batch has a 120-second timeout by default. Set your client timeout above 120 seconds. Synchronous and read-only: nothing is written to your workspace.

One outcome per company. Every company ends in exactly one of results or errors, matched by index. A company that cannot be found (company_not_found) or whose search fails (stakeholder_search_failed, retry_later) is an errors entry and never fails the rest; send just those companies again. Each results entry has the single route's shape without definition, which is stated once at the top.

Public REST and MCP usage is recorded without daily usage caps, workspace quota cutoffs or lookup quotas for now. Workspace request pacing still applies.

Request

  • Base URL: https://api.trayo.ai
  • URL: https://api.trayo.ai/v1/stakeholders/search/batch
  • Auth: HTTP bearer

Request body

definitionstring

The stakeholder definition to search with, in plain prose: the roles that own or buy what you sell, the roles that influence the decision, and the roles to skip. Optional: when omitted, the workspace's own definition is used, and when that is unset too, a seniority-only seed (chiefs, VPs, directors of any function). definition.source in the response says which applied. Passing one here does not change the workspace setting.

limitinteger

How many people to return, 5 by default, 10 at most. Fewer come back when fewer fit.

personasstring[]

Persona names to label each person with, e.g. ["CISO", "IT leader", "Champion"]. Optional: when omitted and the workspace's own definition applies, the workspace's saved personas are used. A definition sent with the request has no persona names of its own, so without this field its people come back with matchedPersona: null and coverage: [].

Response

One outcome per submitted company, in results or errors.
