Create Individual Recipient

Creates an individual recipient and returns the userId you reference when paying them. Build this body from the inputs returned by POST /v3/recipients/mandatory-fields with type: individual. A recipient matching the details you sent returns the existing userId with code: USER_ALREADY_EXISTS.
