Create Business Recipient

Creates a business recipient — a legal entity that receives payouts — and returns the userId you reference when paying it. Build this body from the inputs returned by POST /v3/recipients/mandatory-fields with type: organization. A recipient matching the details you sent returns the existing userId with code: USER_ALREADY_EXISTS.
