List workflows

Returns workflows for the organization, filtered by the type query param (defaults to regular; stakeholderTransfer returns the built-in stakeholder reassignment workflow). Each workflow includes a version field indicating its schema version.

Rate limit: 500 requests per minute

Filter by workflow type: "regular" (default) or "stakeholderTransfer", the built-in workflow behind automatically reassigning app and contract stakeholders when someone leaves.
