Triggers the app's Access Request Policy. An access request is created for the user, the policy's approval flow runs, and once the request is approved, the policy's provisioning workflow runs.

The user must be eligible for the policy (a member of its eligibility groups); otherwise the request is rejected.

Note: This endpoint can't request access to apps that have more than one access request policy, and it can't request temporary access. We recommend Request access on user behalf, which lets you choose the access request policy and request temporary access.
