Validate Toolprint Yaml

Validates a toolprint definition in YAML format without persisting it.

This endpoint accepts YAML content and:

  1. Parses the YAML into a Toolprint model
  2. Validates the basic structure and required fields
  3. Checks that all referenced tools exist and are accessible
  4. Verifies the toolprint definition meets business rules
