Validate Toolprint Json

Validates a toolprint definition in JSON format without persisting it.

This endpoint accepts JSON content and:

  1. Validates the JSON can be converted to a Toolprint model
  2. Validates the basic structure and required fields
  3. Checks that all referenced tools exist and are accessible
  4. Verifies the toolprint definition meets business rules
