BMR Calculator
Basal metabolic rate from sex, age, height and weight, by both Mifflin-St Jeor (1990) and the revised Harris-Benedict (Roza and Shizgal, 1984), so the spread between them shows the uncertainty. Also returns total daily energy expenditure at all five activity factors, from 1.2 sedentary to 1.9 extra active. This is an indication, not medical advice.
