Migrate the exam history out of PASS

One-off. Copies exam centres, options, results, component marks and the enquiry-about-results history from the PASS projections into the app's own tables. DryRun reports what would happen and writes nothing. Run and verify this BEFORE the read cut-over: PASS is frozen afterwards and there is no fallback left to compare against.
