Import Project Template

Import a project template, returning tasks, comments, reminders and applied defaults.

Requires data:read_write and permission to apply templates to the project. The project must be active and unfrozen. Workspace templates can only be imported into their associated workspace. Setup templates are rejected; use /templates/{template_id}/use. The projects array is empty.
