Fastapi Reading Link Save

Save a web address on the reader's reading list as Want to read.

The address of a paper Lacuna holds (an arXiv page, or the paper's own page here) saves that paper; any other address saves as a link, with the title, site and description its page gives. list (a list id) puts it in that list too.
