Fastapi Reading List Context Save

Save a paper or link on the caller's reading list by its address, or change the entry already there, in the vocabulary the GET reads in: status by label, list by name (create_list makes it when the caller has none by that name), rating 1 to 5 (0 clears it), note with note_mode "add" (the default: a new paragraph after the caller's note), "replace" or "clear". Fields left out keep their value. Althea's tasks call it with a bearer on the user's behalf.
