Write an ordered batch of events, in CortexDB's dialect

One event per conversation turn, written in order. The scope lives on each item, not on the batch; the memory service pins every one of them to the caller and refuses the whole batch if any item cannot be pinned. ?wait=indexed holds the answer until the records are readable. Billed as one write.
