Upload a file into hosted memory

The request body is the file itself, sent under its own Content-Type (multipart is refused). Up to 20 MiB. Returns a blob_id; write an experience whose content is {"kind": "blob_ref", "blob_id": ...} and the service extracts its text (documents) or describes it (images) and enriches the result into memory. Billed per call plus per MB uploaded.
