Receive Stripe Invoice Webhook

Mark concierge requests paid from Stripe invoice webhooks.

Manual invoices should set either metadata.concierge_request_id or the admin-entered stripe_invoice_id before payment. Unknown invoices are acknowledged so Stripe does not retry unrelated billing events forever.
