Update Execution State

Update execution state flags for a conversation.

Called by the agent runtime to:

  • Set agent_busy=True when starting execution
  • Set agent_busy=False when finishing (also clears interrupt_requested)
  • Update status_text with what the agent is currently doing

Broadcasts an agent_execution_state event via Redis so the frontend receives real-time updates through the chat WebSocket.
