Get Credits Received

List positive ledger entries (purchases, admin grants, refunds, etc.) across the caller's accessible wallets.

Aggregates the user's personal wallet AND their team wallet (if any), so team users see purchases that landed on the team wallet — which is where credit_purchase actually writes for team members. The target.kind field disambiguates per-row.

Each row carries action_type raw (frontend i18n via billing.creditSource.{action_type}) and an optional agent block that's populated when ledger_transactions.agent_id is set — refunds issued in response to a complaint about a specific agent should write that agent's ID, so a future "refund tied to agent" trail comes for free without schema changes.

Per-user rate-limited (usage bucket — same as the agent-scoped usage endpoints — heavy refreshing across views counts together).
